Apulia, known as the region of olive gardens in southern Italy, is now affected by olive quick decline syndrome (CoDiRO). This phenomenon is impacting not only the climate but also the local ecosystem, as well as the social and economic aspects of life in the region. The response from both the local population and institutions will be crucial in addressing this crisis. This case study aims to promote biodiversity by disseminating knowledge and exploring regenerative land-management tools.
